AUTO DETECT		Auto Detect... Will detect the speed of your Internet link and choose appropriately. May be inaccurate in some cases.
3 KB/sec 5 KB/sec 8 KB/sec 12 KB/sec 16 KB/sec		Dial-up Modem or ISDN... Tiny versions of videos (typically 240x180), to reduce download time as much as possible - but you will still have to wait.
20 KB/sec 25 KB/sec 30 KB/sec 35 KB/sec 40 KB/sec		Slow DSL/ADSL (256 Kbps or 384 Kbps)... Small versions of videos (typically 320x240), about VHS quality. This is the best choice if you are unsure what kind of link you have.
50 KB/sec 60 KB/sec 70 KB/sec 80 KB/sec 90 KB/sec		Fast DSL/ADSL (512 Kbps to 1 Mbps)... Large versions of videos (typically 480x360), near DVD quality. Very old/slow computers may struggle to play these smoothly.
100 KB/sec 150 KB/sec 200 KB/sec 250 KB/sec 300 KB/sec		Cable, ADSL2, Satellite (1.5 Mbps or better)... Full sized videos (typically 640x480), roughly equal to DVD or digital TV. Older/slower computers may struggle to play these smoothly.

NOTE: Not all videos are available in all qualities (especially the highest quality),
but you will automatically fall back to a lower quality in those cases.
